Lambrusco

Each territory has its own wines that well represent its features.
Lambrusco, on the other hand, is a true symbol, almost a flagship of its region: it stands for the lively and sparkling Emilia that loves good food.

It is a perfect example of an ancient wine that goes wonderfully well with contemporary drinking habits and lifestyles.
Riunite’s Lambrusco is “modeled” on the terroir of Reggio Emlia: its blend is made up of several sub-varieties of Lambrusco and in it the environment and the choice of varietal become an expression of the territory.

The residual sugar content of the wine after vinification, expressed in grams per liter (g /l), is a particular feature of Lambrusco wines.
With an average degree of acidity that is higher than that of other wines, as well as a high residual sugar level, Lambrusco offer a particular flavor in which the sensation of acidity has been softened and the aromatic component heightened.
