Winemaker’s Note
Obtained from the soft pressing of whole grapes, followed by fermentation of the free-run juice at controlled temperatures, our Pignoletto has a lightt mousse accompanied by a fine and persistent perlage.
It differs from our other semi-sparkling wines thanks to its excellent body, derived from the grape variety, and its freshness, which stems from the places where the grapes are grown.
